Data Quality
Each lead file includes 25-38 fields depending on category. Standard fields include: first name, last name, email, phone, address, city, state, zip code, IP address, timestamp, and opt-in source. Category-specific fields may include income, credit score, loan amount, property value, employer, bank info, and more. View full field lists on each product page.
Most leads are 7-14 days old. We clearly label lead age on each product page. Premium files marked "Fresh" are less than 7 days old. Files marked "Hot" are same-day or next-day delivery. We never sell leads older than 30 days without explicit disclosure and discounted pricing.
We guarantee 95% accuracy on contact information (email, phone). If your bounce rate exceeds 10% for emails or invalid phone rate exceeds 5%, we'll provide a replacement file or full refund. All emails are validated against SMTP servers, and phones are verified for valid format and carrier lookup.
Standard leads are shared (sold to multiple buyers) which keeps pricing affordable. We cap distribution at 3-5 buyers per lead depending on category. Exclusive leads are available for 3-5x the standard price โ contact sales for exclusive pricing. Enterprise clients can request first-look access before wider distribution.
Every lead goes through our 4-step verification process: 1) Email validation (SMTP check, syntax, disposable detection), 2) Phone verification (format, carrier lookup, DNC scrubbing), 3) Address standardization (USPS CASS certification), and 4) Duplicate removal (cross-file matching). We reject approximately 40% of incoming data to maintain quality standards.
Delivery & Integration
Instant delivery for CSV downloads. After payment confirmation, you'll receive a download link immediately via email and in your account dashboard. API access is activated within 5 minutes. FTP/SFTP setups typically complete within 24 hours for new accounts.
Standard format is CSV (UTF-8 encoding). We also provide Excel (.xlsx), TSV (tab-separated), and JSON upon request. API responses are JSON. All files include a header row with field names. Custom formatting available for Enterprise clients.
Yes! Pro and Enterprise plans include full RESTful API access. Query leads in real-time, apply custom filters, and retrieve results in JSON format. Rate limits: Pro plans get 100 requests/minute, Enterprise unlimited. Full API documentation with code examples (PHP, Python, Node.js) available in your dashboard.
Yes via webhooks (Pro/Enterprise plans). We POST lead data to your endpoint as soon as it's available. We support integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, and custom CRMs. Zapier and Make.com integrations also available. Setup assistance included.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers. Enterprise clients can request net-30 invoicing after credit approval. Recurring subscriptions are billed automatically each month.
Refunds & Guarantees
If leads don't meet our quality standards (email bounce rate over 10%, invalid phone rate over 5%, or data accuracy issues), request a refund or replacement file within 30 days. No questions asked for quality issues.
Contact support via email (data@buydatabase.online) or your account dashboard. Provide your order number and reason for refund. For quality-based refunds, we may request bounce reports or sample data to verify the issue. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Yes! Most clients prefer replacement files over refunds. If you experience quality issues, we'll provide a fresh file of equal or greater value at no charge. Replacement files are typically delivered within 24-48 hours.
Compliance & Legal
Yes, 100% TCPA compliant. All leads are collected via opt-in forms with clear consent language. We maintain records of opt-in date, IP address, and consent text for each lead. We can provide compliance documentation and certificates upon request. Read our full Compliance Policy.
For EU/UK leads, we follow GDPR requirements: explicit consent, right to erasure, data portability, and processor agreements. International leads are clearly marked and include consent records. We provide Data Processing Agreements (DPA) for Enterprise clients. Most clients use our US-only lists to avoid GDPR complexity.
Yes. All phone numbers are scrubbed against the National DNC Registry and state-specific DNC lists. We update our scrubbing monthly. However, DNC compliance is ultimately the responsibility of the caller โ we recommend maintaining your own suppression list and scrubbing before campaigns.
Yes. Enterprise clients receive compliance certificates with each order, including: opt-in consent records, DNC scrubbing date, data collection methodology, and quality verification summary. Certificates can be used for internal audits or shared with compliance teams.
